Cloisonne Memorial Candle Holder

A handmade Cloisonn Memorial Candle Holder, which holds a token amount of ashes - ideal for sharing ashes amongst family members. Made from brass with a screw hatch to securely place a small amount of ashes. Each piece will have slight variations as they are hand-crafted. They are designed to hold a standard tea light which is included with the order.

Cloisonn is a way of enamelling an object, (typically made of copper) whereby fine wires are used to delineate the decorative areas (cloisons in French, hence cloisonn) into which enamel paste is applied before the object is fired and polished.
